I heard carbon rims are hella decent from China but been wondering if these wheelset copies from Aliexpress are good enough for urban, crit, track, endurance, or just anything in general?

The frame is not NJS, just a beater bike that I have.
What's special about this bike is that it has road bike geometry but with a track dropout (with integrated chain tensioner!!!). And just bought it from a bikeshop with this bike hanging outside like trash. No brand or whatsoever.
