Best plain pancakes in Philly?

I’m looking for classic pancakes done well: plain, with maple syrup and butter. No toppings, no gimmicks, no dessert-stack situation.

For reference, I’ve tried Middle Child and thought it was terrible; Dutch Eating Place was meh; Parc was okay; and Green Eggs was meh, and a few others in Redding Market and around center city.

Where should I go for the best straightforward pancakes in the city?

EDIT: No, I don't want boxed pankcakes. I actually make my own scratch pancakes at home. We moved here recently and I like good, real butter, real maple syrup pancakes. In the last couple of places we've lived I've been able to find good not crummy dinner pankcakes but no luck so far in Philly.

Edit 2: Here is a spread-sheet w/ your recommendations and where I've been already. I guess I have to give Sulimay's another shot.
