Visible Rice Sized Metal Shavings

Sk I did the first oil change since I bought a 2001 GMT800 withe 5.3 LM7 and 4L60E back Late Feb early March. When purchased from dealership I had put in in the sales negotiation that the dealer wpuld change the oil before purchase, even though the last owner chnaged it in October and only put 1k miles on it. Inspected it after purchase and sure enough it had a new filter and pil was clean. Ive driven it 4k miles and decides to chnage it because it has had a spotty service and sparse records dating back to 2001, two owners before me. First ower put 130k miles on it until 2009, second owner put like 20k miles on it since 2010 till 2026, i bought with 158k now has 162k We'll when I drained the oil it didnt look glittery but when I checked the drain plug it had grain size shaving on it. Shpuld I be concerned or let it ride another 5k and see if it persists. I put 6 quarts of Valvoline Restore and Protect and a STP3675XL 10k mile filter on it, i chnage the filter every pil chnage even if its rated for 10k, moslty drive 30miles highway with minor city 5 days put the week. Ive also chnaged plugs and wires, along replacing the engine filter and the cabin filter(i dont think it was ever chnaged in the 25 years it was owned, clogged and full of dirt). Service records state it had a trans drain and flush back in 2016 but like i said spotty records so it could be a shopp putting in work they did't do.

TL:DR. Bought truck with no history did oil chnage noticed metal on magnet. How screwed am I?
