Receiving some quotes for a project we are wanting to do, in a MCOL outside of Atlanta. The project is replacing an elevated deck off our main floor, 16x23 composite materials, shed style roof electrical, lights, fans and screened enclosure up top. Under decking ceiling system with lighting and a fan to create a space down below the deck as well. They will also be pouring a 16x24 concrete pad under. I’ve received several quotes, this guys work and reviews speak for themselves and he seems like a great guy to do business with so it’s why I’m leaning this way, he was in the middle range of some others we were receiving. Just wanting some validation from the people I trust the most for these things! Thank you
