Please help if you can. Our medical insurance is covering only a fraction of the costs. This added cost has upended our budget and everything is so expensive in SoCal.

The emotional and physical toll is significant, but the financial burden is just as overwhelming. Im Medical Leave of Absence for about two months from my part-time jobs. During this time, our household income depends solely on my husband, who works as a Security Guard, and been my caretaker for the first two weeks of my recovery period.

The funds raised will help us pay off mounting medical bills and cover our living expenses while I recover.

It's two weeks today that I had my Laparoscopic hysterectomy. The first week was a doozy with pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen. The achiness has lessened but the area of the insicion still is painful even though I'm wearing a belly band and taking pain meds. I'm also experiencing loose bowels and the last couple of days I've had insomnia. Is this normal? I don't have my 1st post-op follow up until Monday.
