I saw an image years ago and I am trying to track it down and this seemed like the right place.

The center of the image is (naturally) a dark elf lady, with a rapier like sword with a barb at the end (looks kind of like a riding crop, actually). She's surrounded by various other fantasy races (I can recall a female Orc, a dwarf, and a hobbit, all of whom are bound and mostly naked.
