My mother submitted her documents in January. She was given a 6-9 month estimate for outcome as the line was fairly simple. I have seen on here here that Fast.It can be a good way of seeing if a registration has been done by the Consulate or Comune.

I think the issue is that, to set up an account, you need to tick a box which says 'Dichiaro di essere in possesso di cittadinanza italiana [I declare I currently possess Italian citizenship].'

Would it be advisable for her to set up a Fast.It account, even if she hasn't yet been recognised?
