Hello, I've got several questions :

1-Gba games : My initial plan was to play my gba games from a flashcard with an emulator (GBrunner3) but apparently It's not the best and prone to bugs ?
So I'm not really sure what to pick for GBA games

2-Uninstalling apps: Just wanted to confirm, is the safest and best way to uninstall apps/games (even homebrew) the normal 3ds uninstaller in the console parameters?

3-Badges: I used GYTB for badges, apparently it's buggy (Can it seriously harm the console?) If I want to switch to Anemone, what would I need to do? (I'm scared of causing a conflict between the two).
