I’m a 19 year old female in college and I’m trying to loose weight. I am 5’1 and 145 pounds my goal weight is around 100-110 and I want to be at my goal by my 20th birthday in January it’s hard because I live in a dorm to track calories but I’ve bee using my fitness pal, I take adderall as well for my ADHD but I use it sparingly because the perception it’s hard to get and I need it for school. I tried using allí but I had bad side effects. I also was a few pounds shorts of getting prescribed any peptides to help aid in weight loss.
Ive been trying to go to the gym more but it end up usually being 1-2 a week and I’ve been trying to eat 800 calories or less but I also keep messing up.
I also don’t have a solid gym rountine just cardio and then weight lifting.
Please give any advice on how to help I’ve been trying to loose weight since the beginning of April and have seen no progress
