I NEED ADVICE PLEASE THIS IS AN EMERGENCY

5yo female, 10kg, intact. History: C-section 5 months ago (Dec 2023). Location: Philippines. I need urgent advice regarding a potential 4-week pregnancy after being incorrectly told my male dog was sterile immediately post-neuter. Given her very recent C-section scar, how high is the risk of uterine rupture if I let the pregnancy continue? I am scheduled for a free mobile/field spay mission tomorrow, but since she is over their 3-year age limit and has a complex surgical history, is a high-volume field setup too dangerous for a spay-abort due to hemorrhage risks? I have very limited funds and need to know if I should insist on a referral to a full-service hospital instead of risking the mobile clinic.

I NEED ADVICE PLEASE THIS IS AN EMERGENCY

I need professional guidance for my 5-year-old dog, Sugar, who is potentially 4 weeks pregnant despite my male dog being recently neutered. We were told by our public vet that pregnancy was impossible immediately after neutering, so we didn't separate them, but I’ve since learned about "residual sperm." Sugar is a high-risk case because she had a cesarian surgery just last December, and I’m terrified her uterus won't hold the pregnancy or that she might bleed out during a spay-abort. There is a free barangay mission on our area tomorrow, but since it’s a field setup and she’s over their 3-year age limit, I’m worried they aren't equipped for an emergency. Since I don't have money to pay for another cesarian. Should I risk the mission or insist on a referral to a full-service hospital, and what are the chances of uterine rupture given her history?
