Going below glide slope last 400 feet by 1dot+ 4 reds. Is this legal
I work for a 135 company and I am a first officer... The captain I fly with consistently flies low approaches the last 400 feet. Is there a regulation I can reference to fix this behavior? They use the excuse of "I am on a visual".
