Hi,

I requested a tribunal about 15 months ago.

I’ve since received no communications of any kind.

If I I check the online account, it just says that my application is submitted, but also is now requesting me to “confirm my identity”, even though I’ve been through the application process, reconsideration and requested a tribunal.

Is this normal?
