My Best Friend spreading things saying that we're not friends anymore
Okay guys, it all started back in April when I first dated my ex. April was a mess because I had my sudden first kiss that I don't like and my best friend avoiding me in school.
Basically, after I had my first kiss that day when I went on a date with my ex and I told my friends about it cuz it was my first kiss! I told this friend called May. So, I told May about it and she was shocked ofc and I told her that I want to let my best friend called Ray know about it tomorrow in school.
The next day, I went to their class (they're classmates) and saw Ray sitting still whilst May looked nervous. I was like oh May probably Ray about it so I just like greet May and Ray as usual. Ray looked disgusted and uncomfortable with me in a joking way cuz she probably thinks that I'm disgusting and not pure after I told May how my ex french kissed me....I didn't like it at all. After that, Ray wouldn't want me to touch her again.
Now, Ray is starting to tell everyone that we're not friends anymore because I changed alot after I started dating my ex. FYI, I already broken up with my ex. So like she's been telling my senior and the people that I know that I was being "extra touchy" with her after dating my ex like bro you cannot be serious rn. I'm always like that to you or maybe you're just uncomfortable. If you're uncomfortable just tell me.
Anyways, she's been telling everyone behind my back saying that we're not friends anymore.
Btw I tried texting and confronting her but she would just ghost me or ignores me. I'm actually starting to get paranoid like over a petty reasons. My senior said that this incident would show is or is not your true friends. I mean I've only known my ex for 2 weeks or smthing so like yeah their reactions are valid but going to that extent like bro...
So what do you guys think? Should I still be friends with her? Or not?
