Hi I suffer from chronic migraine and suspect Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I started LDN 0.5mg 12 days ago on April 20,2026. I felt really good for 5 days no head pain at all. I've been experiencing head pain since April 26th. Different from my migraine pain...more pressure and tension like. This morning it's at the back of my head at the base of my skull. Is this normal? Any advice? I'm supposed to tirate up in 2 days, should I wait to see if these headaches calm down?
