Hey, I am trying to build muscle. I used to be very skinny so I started eating around 70 grams of protein a day. I occasionally go to the gym for consistent periods but I never really see any progress so I get really frustrated and self conscious. I’ve been focusing a lot on my chest recently. Any tips?
