New Gear for a Non Beginner Modern HardCore Punk Bass player???
So i’m looking for A new Amplifier I currently have an Ibanez IBZ1B paired With A Squier P Bass i would love to invest in a 5 String (any suggestion welcomed too) soon but for now that’s what i got.
I’d also love to start experimenting with Pedals and distortion so take that in Mind! and any Suggestions are really appreciated!
I play pretty tuned down on the lower Chords and mostly with finger style or Slap style i might try Playing with A pick But i heard that it’s pretty controversial but i love the Metallic and Raw sound of it.
I’m pretty new to the HardCore Punk scene but i fell in love with the bass tones and Style but my Favorites Bass Tones are the Ones of Jason Newstead David Effelson Tim Commerford and Shavo Odadjian
(i know they are Mostly Metal Bassists but We play A really Metal influenced Style of HC Punk)
I was Looking for a Moderately Good Amp nothing to expensive my range is about 200-350€
Second Would be fine too if it’s worth it! I found Online An Fender Sidekick 35 and an Orange TBC500C i have plenty of room and i play everyday it doesn’t need to be moved often but if it does i will find some way to do so (i play with my band pretty far away and I get there with A bus but im going to buy a motorcycle next year!
