My father's toe nails and finger nails have been becoming dark and blacked out in the past year. He's a post diabetic. Got his sugar levels under control after losing almost 15 kilograms of weight about 2 years ago. But this blackening has been becoming worse in his finger and toe nails in the past year. No visible distress or pain. But, don't know if this needs to be diagnosed for a serious issue
