Just like title states, I have been on Otezla for over a year now and for most of the year, it has worked well. I did have to take the occasional meloxicam to cover pain break though but it was super manageable. Until a month ago, that is. I have taken a meloxicam every day for the last few weeks to help try and knock back the swelling and pain. It's not great.
My question is can Otezla just stop working, out of the blue? And if it does stop, what's next? I know there are a plethora of other meds but I genuinely can't seem to find which one is the next step. Or if it is just trial and error from here on out.
Also would like to say that I am extremely bummed that Otezla isn't helping anymore. Once I got over the initial side effects, it was super easy and convenient to take and really did help for a while.
