So Ive had crohns for about 14 years at this point, and while i cant say much about how it was during my worst flares, since i was too young at the time to choose my own food, I know that the past 10 years during remission and flares alike Ive eaten basically everything I wanted, (since I wasnt diagnosed with crohns but "mystery illness" at the time and didnt know I had to avoid things) most of it being "bad" food like pigs meat, chocolate, coffee etc, and it never changed anything about the symptoms. Lately Ive tried cutting those foods out (for the past few months) didnt make things better either. The only thing that really noticably makes things way worse is stress. Is that possible? I also have constipation crohns instead of the more typical main symptom, the other symptoms are very typical tho...
