Title says it all, but I’m thinking about taking a new role at a new company that’s in the planning phases of a migration from PeopleSoft to workday for financial reporting. I am new to both software, but have experience with a few different BI tools, moderate level SQL etc. Pros and Cons of Workday vs traditional BI reporting tools? (Ie PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy). Trying to understand the learning curve & possible resources. Thanks!
