Is Unity's billing system down? Subscribed to Pro, did not get a confirmation e-mail despite payment going through.
Edit: Seems like something on their backend is really borked. Can't even access Payment Methods on the dashboard. Guess I'll have to wait and see.
Hello folks, I have a quick question. Anyone else having issues with billing? I tried subscribing to Pro and despite the payment seemingly going through (confirmation screen + charge showing up on bank), it didn't seem to apply. Going to the dashboard, it won't load any subscription info (stuck with a header that reads
"Update in progress
Refresh the page in a moment to see the changes"
...which has been going on for 3 hours now. Another dev mate of mine said he paid for AI credits and got charged but same thing, nothing showed up and no confirmation e-mail. I searched online as much as I could and I found no reported issues of this type. Anyone else facing the same issues with billing? Thank you.
