what i want to do automatic or with a plugin

what happens when i try to select all text layers and add fade up words

anyone know any plugin or tool in after effects to help me ?
im learning how to captions on after effects and im trying to use fade up words but when i try to apply in all text layers, the keyframes go directly to my time ruler

what i want to do is : select all text layers and apply fade up words direct in the right time (start and end of the layer)

is it possible with native AE tools?
or please tell me some plugin who do it
