So a Friend of mine wanted to do a startup, but doesn't have any Connections or even do Networking with others... He asked me if I knew someone locally who's a Psychologist., But since I don't know anyone, I told him to post on LinkedIn, but he doesn't want to due to personal reasons.

Do you know any way to find someone with such Profession, or even know how to network? Any Advice??
