Is this fixable?

I bought this sweatshirt today at goodwill and assumed that this zipper problem was fixable. Is it fixable? And is it an easy fix?
In addition, when I do zip it the 2 sides don’t connect together so I don’t know if the zipper mechanism is broken or if it doesn’t work because of the bottom of the zipper coming undone.
