I’m a recent college grad and started a student housing marketing platform called Empire Off Campus focused on helping New York students find off-campus rentals.
I’m currently looking for a few undergrad students to join a 2-month Market Development Internship running from June 1st through July 31st.
The role is very hands-on and focused on real business growth. Interns will help with landlord outreach, partnerships, marketing strategy, and expanding the platform to more schools. This is a good fit for students interested in startups, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, or business development.

Being a New York student is definitely a plus since that is our current market, but I’m absolutely open to students from anywhere in the US since this is a remote internship.
The internship is paid through a commission-based structure with real earning potential tied directly to performance and growth.
