Grinding masa for a one night Mexican dining pop up in Seoul, South Korea
Doing a 10 course menu pop up in two days,
getting ready!
I've nixtamalised three types of corns from Mexico(red conico, blue bolita, and white) I used the Victoria grain grinder purchased on Amazon and it worked really well.
I'll probably be doing a few more pop ups in the future in Seoul, all will be either Mexican or Latin American themed
