Trying herbal teas instead of sugary drinks

I’ve been trying to cut down on sugary drinks lately and started exploring herbal teas beyond the usual green tea/chamomile stuff. Recently came across Dofo Tea and honestly liked that they focus on more natural herbal blends instead of overly flavored “wellness” teas. I tried a couple of their herbal options in the evening, and the experience felt pretty calming without being too strong or artificial tasting. I’m still new to herbalism, so I’ve been experimenting with different herbs for relaxation and digestion. Curious what everyone here usually looks for in a good herbal tea blend? Do you prefer single-herb teas or mixed formulations?

Feeling totally influenced rn but need some honest Harna reviews before I buy

Hi everyone! I'm hoping someone here can either talk me into or out of getting this app. I'm currently trying to get back into shape after a pretty long hiatus. I used to just go to the gym and lift heavy in 2025, but lately I've been more into at-home workouts, pilates, and trying to be a bit kinder to my body when I'm exhausted. Harna keeps popping up on my feed and the idea of syncing workouts with my cycle is super tempting, especially since I deal with a lot of pms fatigue. But before I put my credit card info in, I really need to read Harna reviews. Everything on google feels sponsored, sadly.

If any of you have tried it, did you actually stick with it? Do they give you a good variety of exercises or does it get super repetitive after month one? Mostly i just want to make sure the cycle-syncing feature is an actual functional tool and not just a buzzword they use to sell expensive subscriptions. would love to hear your experiences if you've tried it!

I keep falling off cardio after a few weeks. Trying to understand why

I’ve noticed a pattern with myself that I can’t seem to fix. Every time I start doing cardio, I stay consistent for about 2–3 weeks. I feel good, I build momentum, and then it slowly fades. I don’t even consciously decide to stop, it just happens. I skip a day, then another, and suddenly I’m out of the routine completely. What’s confusing is that I don’t actually dislike cardio. It just becomes very easy to avoid when I’m tired or busy. I’m starting to think it’s less about motivation and more about how easy it is to skip. Curious if anyone else has dealt with this and what actually helped you stay consistent long term.

Anyone here actually stick with their treadmill long term?

I’ve been seriously considering getting a treadmill, but I keep going back and forth on whether it’s actually worth it in the long run. On paper, it seems like the perfect solution. No weather issues, no commute to the gym, and it removes a lot of excuses. I feel like most of the time I skip workouts, it’s because of small barriers rather than a lack of motivation. At the same time, I’ve heard a lot of people say they used theirs consistently at first and then slowly stopped. That’s honestly my biggest concern. I don’t want to spend money on something that ends up collecting dust after a few months. Right now, my goal is simple. I just want something that helps me stay consistent, even if it’s just walking daily. For those who have owned one for a while, did it actually become part of your routine, or did the usage drop off over time?
