is this normal on my painted leaf bagonia.

i just planted them a week ago everything else in planter is doing great.

also is a few hrs pf direct sunlight ok or no

im a new dad and dont feel i have the time for a structured program but i get dips and push ups in whenever i can atleast 4 sets till failure. as lomg as im getting em in it counts right
