Was charged with domestic violence.
Found out 3 months after the arrest that they stole all my property.
Does the statue of limitations end on the date of the arrest or 3 months later when I found out that they stole everything?

How would the best way to make a spreadsheet for judge to read when suing for items that we're disposed/embezzled/stolen.
Item name, original cost, current replacement value, evidence source.
I'm using bank statements (over 8 years so hundreds of pages)
Amazon,Homedepot,ebay Purchase history.
Should I put dates on purchases or not? This will be huge list I dont want it to get dismissed because its too big. Source of evidence how should i format that?

Another question this happened where i was unable enter because of tpo on 7/21/24 the public defender said that i would get my items i didnt find out that she stole/disposed of my stuff until 10/5/24 would the statue of limitations start on 7/21/ or 10/5?
I would guess 10/5?
Any info helps and I cant talk to a lawyer right now at all.
