Im theorizing that Kay Dillon, author of the book, is a reincarnation of Tabitha/Miranda.

So one of my theories, is that this book was written by one of Miranda/Tabitha's reincarnations. Thats why so much of it seems to be true, or at least relate. So far, every incarnation of her we've seen, had memories, or visions of this place beforehand. Miranda even made art pieces from her visions. Who's to say that one of the incarnations used the visions to write a book about the world?
