So there's this song I can't quite remember : it's a man singing softly, more of a minor, low tempo tune (similar to King Crimson's Moonchild) , and a laugh is progressively layered over it. It's quite lo-fi and kind of eerie. It reminds of something by Clouddead (to give a general vibe) but that's not it. I think it's a transition during a longer song, but because it's kind of specific / atmospheric I can't pinpoint a particular genre or era of music that it would belong to.
