Hi everyone! I'm sorry if this post is redundant, but I realized that my "just in case I get sick" emergency kit needs a major revisit/revamp.
I've gathered so much information from various sources over the years, that I've now got this messy notepad with a bunch of different meds/supplements on it, but with no real rhyme or reason (or even memory as to why these are listed). 🤦🏻♀️
I want to be a bit more realistic, and also get back to the basics. If I get sick, I don't think it's a great idea to suddenly blast my body with a bunch of supplements I've never taken before. But I also want to be proactive and not treat C19 like "just a cold/flu". What's the happiest balance here you think?
Of course, I know - radical rest and getting a Paxlovid or Metformin prescription are first in line. But beyond that?
(FYI - I'm currently not on any prescriptions. But I do take Vitamin D3 + K2, because I don't get enough sun.)
Would love to hear what's already in your kit (or on your to-buy list to avoid expirations); and would especially love to hear from folks who've actually been sick with C19 and have had a chance to try out their kit.
Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
