Idk what other tag to use.

So, I gave a trusted friend of mine my account for a second so that he could buy me the yearly subscription to the premium plan, but I, not knowingly, pressed the accept button on my phone, then uninstalled the app in the "confirm a payment method" screen.

Now neither of us can log in.

I don't want to lose my Pokémon, has anybody ever gone through this before?? I'm scared
