I finished my accutane cycle in early march and since then I've lost like 50% of the density of my hair. Probably going bald, got finasteride and mindoxinil to stave off the inevitable.

But it's all OK as long as the acne is gone... except now it's coming back. It was all fine up until yesterday when I got one pimple. Then I woke up today with 3 more. What do I do? I can't go on accutane again because then I'm just gonna keep accelerating the hair loss. I'm 20 I can't have the hairline of a 50 year old man.

I'm sceptical about all the topical treatments because none of them ever worked for me in the past. Am I just destined by fate to be bald with acne?
