I've got this 30 year old sweetgum tree growing out of a room in a house I bought, there is an opening in the concrete to water it and a hole in the roof it grows out from, recently it's been shedding a lot of bark ans some areas look a bit exposed, does this trunk look healthy for a 30 year old sweetgum?
