Hi there,

I have been quoted $600,000 for home loan- that amount got dropped by $100,000 due to one of my nursing agency jobs not being recognized for 3 months-with huge disappointment. Should I wait 3-6 months for higher savings to our aches a place in Brisbane, or buy a place rural/regional now for $600,000?

This will be a vestment BTW
