Hi Guys,
I do run a Lot. Finished multiple 100ks in trails, run Something between 80-100k a week and Run mostly all of it in my comfortzone, which is mostly between 5:20 and 5:40 a kilometer. Sometimes a Bit slower If the legs are really tired.
My heartrate avgs. at about 120-125 and only goes above 135 If im going uphill. Its really hard to run hard.
What can i do? And big kudos to all you Guys running for hours with an hf with more then 150/160. I can not Imagine how hard this is for your Body.
Any advice aprecciated. Thanks
