I really don't like vegetable, how can I eat healthy?
Hi all!
I really don't like vegetable, I only eat sometime zucchini, mushroom, eggplants, peppers and pumpink.
I'm current dieting with a max of 1200kcal but I really have little fibers and proteins. I eat a lot of carbo.
Do you have any advice on how to improve the situation?
Thank you
