Vyvanse has no effect?
I started on 10mg on April 10th. The first two days I felt an energy boost, but not a motivation or focus increase. It was like I had more energy in my body but nowhere to put it because I still didn't have the wherewithal to start a task and my focus was still all over the place. I went up to 20mg after three weeks. Same thing. Then after a week of that went up to 30mg. I have been on 30mg for six days and still feel so improvement. No more energy boost, no increase in focus or attention. No motivation. I have inattentive type and said I should start to feel a difference at 30mg but I don't. The first few days of each dose change I had a major headache about 7 hours after taking it but it went away on the fourth day each time. So I'm assuming it is "wearing off" after 7 hours but it's hard to know when I don't notice any difference. Also, my appetite is exactly the same as before, so is my sleep. I'm starting to want to just switch back to Adderall because with that it was noticeable difference. I made my bed every morning, I wasn't snacking on junk throughout the day, I could do laundry and dishes without thinking about it, my apartment was clean, all because I just did what needed to be done without thinking about doing it. The Vyvanse has made zero difference so far. I know it's a low dose, but even with the 5mg Adderall IR I had a difference for at least a few days. But nothing with this med. Should I just wait and go up to 40 or 50mg and see if it works or should I just ask to switch back to the Adderall IR?
