NY/NJ shifts and uniform

Has anybody who’s accepted a volunteer role in NY/NJ heard anything about signing up for specific shifts or about when to collect uniforms?
It’s less than a month to go and I’m getting nervous about the silence from FIFA organisers.

Which list at 500pts?

I have a 30 player tournament in a couple of weeks, highly competitive. I want to try something different so have narrowed it down to Defenders of the Pelennor or Grief of Eomer.
Which of these lists do people think have more playability? I haven’t seen the full set of opposition lists, but expected to include Three Trolls, Khazad Dum, Lurtz’s Scouts, Fangorn and Minas Tirith.
