So I bought the base Founder's, and would like to upgrade to the Deluxe. But the discounted packs on Steam always include the previous stuff, including the base one, which I already paid for.

This means that the Steam discount doesn't add anything: it's selling right now for €69,99 which is the same price I'd pay if I bought the standalone upgrade via in-game. The Deluxe is even worse, selling for €41,99 while in-game it's €29,99
