i got this $1 clearance rosemary a couple of weeks ago and there is this white fuzz all over. is this mealey bugs or something equivalent?
gets lots of sun outside on my outdoor area.
and i water generously when the soil gets dry so every week or so
ill be honest i noticed it on the plant when i bought it but i thought it was bird poo honestly but its spread so definitely not…
not really attached to it but if theres a cheap way i can fix it that would be awesome
