Hey guys, so I'm not trying to come off intense, but these are just my interests 😅

I've read:

  • Saint Irenaeus, Against Heresies
  • CS Lewis, Mere Christianity
  • George Orwell, 1984, Animal Farm
  • Some of Eric Voegelin, The New Science of Politics
  • Carl Jung, Aion
  • Small amount of Hegel, Phenomenology of Spirit
  • Edward Bulwer Lytton, The Coming Race
  • Plato, Republic
  • Poimandres
  • Saint John of the Cross, The Dark Night of the Soul

I'm planning to read:

  • Carl Jung's introductory works
  • Plato, Timaeus, Parmenides
  • Robert Hugh Benson, Lord of the World
  • Manly P Hall's works
  • Augustine, Confessions
  • CS Lewis, The Abolition of Man
  • Edward Bulwer Lytton, Zanoni
  • Dostoyevsky, The Idiot
  • Saint Theresa of Avila, The Interior Castle
  • etc

Again, I'm not trying to be "intellectual"...

I just have very low anxiety, and I've noticed it makes me somewhat uninterested in a lot of mainstream stuff for whatever reason...

Aside from that, I do some programming, mostly performance/C++. It's just a fun hobby. I'm into Vulkan and making custom datastructures, like stable vectors or hash maps.

I do a bunch of other random stuff, I'm a CNC machinist, I fix cars, I trade gold and silver, I'm pretty into economics. I like sharpening knives, cooking, baking, smoking food. Occasional woodworking. I like to bring out my telescope and look at Andromeda or the Moon every now and then. I watch some movies, like Godzilla.

I also play games on PC, essentially every game so we could play whatever. I'm in the USA

Message me if you'd like, no matter how old this post is.
