Hi all,

A question for those who have tables for their convention at another convention (or really even those who work for a vendor/artist/other organization tabling at a convention).

I am curious if when you are there, what expenses are typically covered for you? I'm curious about hotel costs, badges, transportation cost, parking, food, and any other expenses?

We'll have some people tabling for our con at ACen and will be covering hotel, food, badges (some come with the table and with extra costing us), and transportation costs.

I'm curious about food/per diem in particular. We're a growing con and want to take care of our volunteers while being good stewards of our funds.
