i just got waitlisted at upenn. should i send a letter of intent? i know they say specially not to send letters of intent post interview, but since i got waitlisted, is the situation different? if anyone has any advice, please let me know!!

Has anyone received a Penn rejection email in the past month? And has anyone received a Penn acceptance email that interviewed after April 3rd?
