NSV - Making better choices

For the last day or two I've had a really strong craving for cake, the first time since starting Mounjarno, most of my cravings have been for fresh fruit or veg. In the supermarket today I was looking at my options and I left the Krispy Kreme donuts, and the big chocolate cake, and the pack of yum yums. I bought a tub of the Mr Kipling strawberry cake bites (86 calories each) and enjoyed 2 of them this afternoon.

After 2 the craving was sated, I've no desire to finish off the tub and I've been able to move on with the rest of the day. Is this what "normal" eating feels like?!

I've just taken my first dose of 5mg. I decided to order the 5mg pen half way through my second 2.5mg pen because the food noise was returning and I wasnt experiencing the same satiety effects as I had in my first month. In the last couple of weeks I've not had them decrease but each week I've suddenly lost 3lbs.

Now I'm questioning myself, clearly something was working, should I have stuck to 2.5mg and just put up with the food noise?
