I just scheduled an interview for a DMV position and I am low-key freaking out because this could be maybe not an earth-shattering change overall but certainly a significant step up for me.

I feel well-qualified in terms of my previous experience but not at all prepared for the interview process. I’ve searched through what few posts I could find on the subject but I would really appreciate if anyone has any insight or advice to share.

ETA: This is a state government position and I know the hiring process is a bit different than the private sector.
