Should I switch to a different sport besides Olympic lifting?

I’m a 17 year old who has been Olympic lifting for a long time now. I was recently diagnosed with a vericocele. My ultrasound says it is benign, but when I do snatch pulls and other heavy compound lifts it seems to upset it. I was wondering if it is a good idea to pivot athletics wise? Should I try another sport maybe something like Swimming, rock climbing, or BJJ? I went to a BJJ class a couple nights ago and I didn’t feel any pain during or after. Have any of you had experience with this, specifically with lifting, and did you pivot or did you just wear protective gear? What did you do?
