Man, I love Mornye
Decided to go all out on my Mornye echos. She has 30.4% Liberation damage for anyone wondering. I mostly just targeted 4k DEF (I don't know if it is better or not to go Fusion damage or C.DMG as main stats over DEF, but I don't care since 4k is a big number), at least 260% ER, 20% C.Rate, and as much C.DMG and Liberation Damage that I could possibly get on the sub stats.
