I recently started using Sunsama for my day-to-day task management while still relying on Notion for long-term projects and as a second brain. I'm curious if anyone else uses both tools and how your setup works.

Two things I'm struggling with and curious about:

1. If a task in Sunsama is related to a project (hosted in Notion), how are you linking the two?
2. Some tasks are neither long-term projects nor simple one-off tasks. They are complex and somewhere in the middle, where it's a single task but the page in Notion would contain a lot of notes/resources.
   1. For example I'm currently researching if I should change my business pricing. So the task is maybe "Analyze pros/cons of raising prices for 2 hours" but then there are so many notes and data sets that are involved.
